The Dance of Leaves and Blossoms: Abstract Floral Collage

Vivid flowers burst from the constraints of their vase, to explode against a background of faint, falling leaves. This dramatic collage is created by peeling off the “puddles” of paint that have dried on my palette. They rip apart in irregular, freeform shapes which are then mounted on canvas to create this unusual effect.
