The Purple Potted Plant: Abstract Floral Collage

A big bold flower and shattered pot in cool purpley pinks, lavenders, and mauves. It seems to leap right off the deep, forest-green background.

The collage is created by peeling off the “puddles” of paint that have dried on my palette. They rip apart in irregular, freeform shapes which are then mounted on paper or canvas to create this unusual effect.
